Fun Writing Exercise

We wrote down 10 nouns. Then, we wrote down 10 verbs that described a profession. We both chose teacher. Then we had to combine the nouns and verbs in sentences. Here are some of the more interesting ones we came up with:


The runner taught the world to move.


The ground sang to the water


The sun snapped pictures of the world below.


The cup gestured to the water.


The soccer fields colored the landscape.


The goggles learned the layout of the pool.

The soccer ball loved the goal.
