Egg Drop Contest

Today, we competed in an Egg Drop contest and we came in second overall! Scores were based on whether your egg broke, how much your device weighed, and how many materials you used. We made 3 entries (all of them together) but only one worked. Here are some pictures. The one that worked is the one that H is holding (it is a styrofoam ball with a spot cut out for the egg and duct tape around it). The one that I am holding almost worked (there was just a small crack in it but enough to get us disqualified). Now that we know what worked, we have some ideas for next time!
