Summer

We have had a busy yet relaxing summer. We enjoyed our trip to Europe and then settled back into our swimming routine. The girls competed in 2 meets this summer, partipated in 2 soccer tournaments, taught swimming lessons, resumed Spanish classes, experimented a bit with art, and read a lot. We are beginning to make plans for the Fall -- we hope to travel around the state, continue with Spanish, take more art classes, explore American History, and study Geometry. We have trips planned to Michigan, Hawaii, Colorado and Alaska. We hope to make our way to Atlanta, D.C., Philadelphia, and Boston as well. Most importantly, we intend to take advantage of the greatest benefit of homeschooling -- the freedom of flexibility!!!!!!!!
